Fundoshi thief

This is from a comic I read a while ago this dude is one of five beast generals. I saw him in the Manga "Shining F" so credit for his design goes to the creator. I drew him because I thought it was kinda funny that he stole his bosses Fundoshi just to smell it and another reason... but I won't say.
